Flip: How Leaders Find the Opportunities in the Cracks ... (and Become the Drivers of Innovation and Change in Their Organizations)
The role of the leader is not to predict the future. Rather, they are expected to make the right assumptions about the present and determine the impact it will have on the future. In this insightful, case-study rich keynote, Peter Sheahan will question your assumptions about business and change, and more importantly your role as a leader.
You will be asked to consider:
Four questions every business leader must ask and answer to future proof their organization
Ways to identify and exploit “intangible” sources of competitive advantage that address major shifts in the competitive landscape
Influence versus control. Adopt a business and leadership model built on influence instead of control.
Ways to be the primary driver of innovation and change in your organization, regardless of your position or tenure
